A Day to the Walled City

Jeez! I didn't know we'd go walkathon the rest of the day but I guess a long walk and seeing sites around Intramuros is way better than doing school stuffs at home. And I guess, no time's ever wasted that makes the bond of friendship grow stronger.

It's just the blisters I detest! Hmp!

Felt happy though. Seemed like we've travelled back in time and the place is really wonderful. And what really awed me was this old structure called Baluarte De San Diego. I must say early Filipinos do really have something in Architecture eh.

I just love Manila and wherever I'll be in the future, I'll always come home to it.

Well you've gotta be a tourist in your own hometown for sometime.

Staying up too late is bad for health...

...coz it makes u dream while awake!

It’s 3am and still up trying to finish the initial chapters of research. I’m about to doze off when I happened to remember “that” person I admire (guess for a month now). Hmm.. I always think, he’ll never ever appreciate me 'coz with what he has achieved so far, he must have high ideals. I can still keep my fingers crossed anyway. Someday, the star I’ve been dreaming of might fall for me. So who knows?

Caution: The blogger is under perceptual anaesthesia

Hahaha!LoL. Just kidding!

Everybody needs a break... and so do I

Been at the mall for a usual solitary hang out. A day with my faves for my satisfaction and bet I can call it a day. So when ya all feel a little bit stressed, nothing beats cravings and a good night sleep. Trust me.

So here are just a few tips to help u manage ur stress:

[1] Talk it out. Share problems with other people. Talking especially to level headed persons enables your energy to be expressed in a healthy way.

[2] Set your priorities. You don't wanna be doing a thing that could be settled later and setting aside things that need immediate action.

[3] Construct plans. You know it's always an advantage being organized.

[4] Change your habit. Try to evaluate your habit to know if there are factors in your routine that are really stressful and substitute healthier ones.

[5] Keep a well- balanced lifestyle and a balaced diet.

[6] Pamper yourself or do something for the kid in you from time to time like engaging yourself in sports or recreational activities.

[7] Laugh. Laugh a lot. It's like inner jogging.

[8] Pray and stay positive. Life is a matter of perspectives. It all depends on how you look at it. Don't let things that stress you determine your response towards life. If you can't change your situation, well at least you have the power to change your attitute towards it. God knows how stressful life is so don't foget to call to him ASAP (Always Say A Prayer) :)

What makes a dark day seem bright?

It really hurts when you've failed to something you've always wanted to do. It's like you've given every effort still nothing happened and you see urself as a mere object of disappointment like you're the stupidest person in the world. When I was small, I didn't understand what sense does people's saying "it's ok if you failed as long as u've given ur best" exactly trying to make. As I go along with my studies, I noticed that whatever happens to you, time will pass by. When you've failed, it's either you pretend to be lame by staying on the ground or do something to reach the finish line. When I've failed yesterday, I think I know what the answers were. Whatever you do, do your best because its not really what you do that makes you the winner, it's how much effort and love you've put to what you did that really matters. No one has sailed through life without setbacks and shortcomings. It's not the wind and the tide that you always have to go against- it's the fear of sailing to the waters to reach the other shores.

Nwei, glad I found HP trailer. lookin' forward to watch it.Hope it'll come real soon here. OMG! Can't wait...

BTW.. It's ur positive attitude that makes a dark day seem bright.

Crucio!

Whew!

Dumbfounded.

Arrived earlier in school than expected and buried nose under lousy reviewers only to find out exam was cancelled- case histories to be submitted the day after tomorrow.

Always caught between conlicting avoidances. What else should be expected?

I should have known ahead so I would've gone sleeping the rest of the day... zZz

So that was some sense of fairness huh?
